OUR REFUND POLICY



We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Restore Patch LLC will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason within the first 60 days from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your request. Applicable items purchased on RestorePatch.com can be returned or a refund requested within 60-days of the initial purchase date, and anything outside the 60-day period may qualify for store credit. Over 60-day refunds are at Restore Patch LLC discretion when received.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. ** Restore Patch LLC Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the final refund.
